In today’s GASC international tender to buy wheat, the lowest offer for shipment between Nov. 11 to Nov. 20 was believed to be $319.97 a tonne FOB and $350,47 C&F. The wheat was sourced from Romania and the trade house was Cargill. Meanwhile, the lowest offer for the shipment period between Nov. 21 to Nov.
