In today’s GASC international tender to buy wheat, the lowest offer for shipment between Nov. 11 to Nov. 20 was believed to be $319.97 a tonne FOB and $350,47 C&F.
The wheat was sourced from Romania and the trade house was Cargill.
Meanwhile, the lowest offer for the shipment period between Nov. 21 to Nov. 30, was believed to be $321.35 a tonne FOB.
The trade house was Inerco Trade.
The wheat was sourced from Ukraine.
However, the lowest offer C&F has been at $355,07 per tonne.
The trade house was Ameropa and the wheat was sourced from Romania.
The tender sought wheat for shipment between Nov. 11-20 and/or Nov. 21-30 using 180-day letters of credit.
No purchase has been made to now and the result is expected later in the afternoon.
