According to the FranceAgriMer, crop conditions latest data showed, for the week 39 ending Oct. 4, have seen French corn at 89% from good to excellent, substantially unchanged from prior week.
Corn percent harvested, meantime, increased compared to last week from 2% to 7%, but remain well down from 47% a year ago.
Soft wheat sown, on the other hand, was at 4% already done, while winter barley sown reached 9%.
