WHEAT PRICES IN THE WORLD – as of October 12, 2021

Canadian wheat prices for FOB delivery were (Cdn$/mt):
– for the N1 class CWRS 13.5% – $499.22, up $0.36 per tonne;
– for the N2 class CWRS 13.0% – $486.42, down $3.19/t;
– for the N3 CWRS – $417.38, down $11.20 ;
– for the N1 CWAD – $839.80, up $97.75 per tonne.

US HRS for Oct. ’21 is valued at $421.00/ mt FOB PNW (up $9/mt from last week).
FOB Gulf HRW 11/12.5 pro is valued at $342.63/mt (down $19.37/mt from last week).
Australian wheat new crop FOB for December ’21 delivery was quoted at $326.75/mt, up $4.25 from last week.
Argentine wheat FOB values for Oct. 12% protein, was valued at $308/mt, up $2/mt from last week.
FOB prices in the EU have seen, Oct. French 11.5% pro to close at $319/mt, up $4/mt from last week.
French durum basis La Pallice, closed at $531.53, up $31.18 from last week.
Oct. German 12.5 pro wheat closed at $320, up $4/mt.
Oct. Baltic 12.5 pro wheat was at $319.50/mt, up $5.10/mt.
(EUR/USD = $1.1555).
Russian wheat with 12.5% protein loading from Black Sea ports for supply in the second half of Oct. was at $312 a tonne, FOB, at the end of last week, up $5 from the previous week.
(USD/RUB = ₽71,88).
