U.S. bank JPMorgan JPM.N last week stopped processing payments for the Russian Agricultural Bank.
Oil prices rose more than a dollar a barrel on Friday.
The Baltic Exchange’s main sea freight index in London rose.
US stock indexes fell closing out a rare losing week.
The dollar index fell.
